Scope of Service
We clean car seats, strollers, and related baby gear using plant‑based, hypoallergenic products. Services are available within the Greater Atlanta metro area. Pickup and delivery may be offered subject to scheduling and distance.
Safety & Manufacturer Guidance
- We follow gentle methods intended to preserve safety labels and components.
- Cleaning services do not replace manufacturer instructions, recalls, or safety notices. Always consult your manufacturer’s manual.
- We will not alter or repair safety‑critical parts.
Customer Responsibilities
- Disclose biohazard conditions (e.g., vomit, urine, feces, mold, pest activity) before booking.
- Remove personal items from pockets and storage areas. We are not responsible for lost items left in gear.
- Provide accurate contact information and respond promptly to scheduling messages.
Hazard/Bio Add‑On
Biohazard or extreme contamination requires additional handling and may incur an add‑on fee. We reserve the right to decline service if conditions pose unreasonable risk.
Limits of Cleaning Results
- Some stains, odors, discoloration, or damage may not be fully removable.
- Sun fading, fabric wear, and abrasion may be more visible after cleaning.
- We do not guarantee odor or stain elimination in all cases.
Pre‑Existing Damage
We are not responsible for pre‑existing damage, missing parts, expired seats, or manufacturer defects. If we identify concerns, we will notify you and may pause service pending your written approval to continue or cancel.
Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, Car Seat Freaks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
Turnaround & Cancellations
- Estimated turnarounds depend on condition and queue. We will communicate schedule expectations upon booking.
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel.
